Martha joined Pound Gates in 2024 as a Trainee Schemes Underwriter. She previously worked in financial services and is now looking to develop her career in commercial underwriting and become a qualified member of the Chartered Insurance Institute. In her spare time, Martha likes to cook and socialise with friends and family.
