Darren has worked in the regulated financial arena for the last 25 years and has a wealth of operations, people development and process improvement experience. Moving from banking to insurance in 2010, Darren has worked with Equity Direct, Willis Towers Watson and Towergate Insurance and spent the last two years, before joining Pound Gates in 2024, managing motor claims operations at Davies Group. Darren is passionate about putting client outcomes first and feels that engagement and collaboration are the secret to success when driving operational excellence. Darren is married with two children and enjoys family holidays as well as relaxing at home.
