Jonathan (Jon) has over 25 years of commercial insurance market knowledge and people management experience, and re-joined Pound Gates in 2023 after a 23 year absence. Jon leads our Client Servicing team and is responsible for quality and service delivery. He is a very customer and team focussed individual and believes in a collaborative approach to provide the best possible journey for the client. Jon is a family man and relaxes by supporting his local beloved Ipswich Town Football Club.
